Megan is a licensed real estate professional with over a decade of industry experience and a multi-state perspective that benefits today’s relocating buyers and sellers. Originally from Washington State, Megan has been licensed in Washington since 2011 and expanded her practice to Nevada in 2020. She is now newly licensed in Idaho and relocating to the Boise area, bringing with her a strong background in residential sales and real estate investing.

Since 2020, Megan and her husband have actively invested in real estate, giving her firsthand insight into property performance, long-term value, and strategic decision-making—an advantage for both homebuyers and investors. Her experience across multiple markets allows her to guide clients through complex transitions with clarity and confidence.

Married and a mother of three, Megan understands the importance of finding not just a house, but the right home and community. She is especially skilled at helping families navigate relocations and life changes with a smooth, informed approach.
